Must Have:

•             Experience in years: 4 Yrs to 6 Yrs

•             Hands on experience in (L2) application support/production support

•             Hands on experience in programming languages and framework (Java, Spring, Oracle PL/SQL)

•             Experience in Webservices, Angular (Basic)

•             Experience with troubleshooting and debugging of issues on front and backend of application/product.

•             Experience of using Jira and Incident management tools

•             Knowledge of support processes( Incident, Problem, Change management, etc.)

•             Knowledge of versioning tools such as Git, Clearcase, SVN, etc

•             Understanding and implementation of security and data protection

•             Comfortable using remote terminals

•             Good aptitude and communication skills

•             Domain: BFSI

 

Good to have:

•             ITIL Foundation certification

•             Knowledge in JSON/XML, Kubernetes, MongoDB

Qualifications - Internal
